What is the program?

A half-day intensive in house or offsite workshop that builds your team's capacity to perform under real pressure. Hands-on, practical, and immediately applicable. Every tool your team walks away with is field-tested with 20+ years in Emergency medicine, ready to use the next day.

How is this different from wellness programs?

Wellness programs avoid stress. We build capacity for it. One produces comfort. The other produces performance. If you want your team to perform better under real pressure, this is built for that.

Who is this for?

Leaders and teams already operating at a high level who know there is more in them. Organisations where performance under pressure is inherent within the job. If your team is pushing hard and hitting a ceiling, this is for you. If your team wants to reduce pressure rather than build capacity for it, this is not.

What is expected from us?

This is where most programs fail and we are upfront about it.

The workshop is the starting point. The results only come from what happens after. Your team needs to apply the training consistently, the leader needs to model the behaviour first, and small practices need to be built into how your team operates day to day.

I love the parallels between business and emergency medicine. The pressure, uncertainty, and everything in between. Experiencing both the positive and negative effects that pressure has on performance has shaped my thinking. Learning that high performers are not just extremely talented individuals, but also have developed the capacity to perform under pressure is something that captivates me. MEET THE Co-Founder

Emma Roberts

As a co-founder, I combine a career in emergency nursing across international, rural, and tertiary trauma settings with a deep interest in human performance under pressure. Working on the frontline, and as a mother of two young children, I understand the real demands of high-stakes environments and the toll of sustained stress. Drawing on principles from sports psychology, flow state research, and breathwork, I’m passionate about helping high performers better understand their stress response and expand their capacity to perform at their best when it matters most.
