I love the parallels between business and emergency medicine. The pressure, uncertainty, and everything in between. Experiencing both the positive and negative effects that pressure has on performance has shaped my thinking. As a co-founder, I combine a career in emergency nursing across international, rural, and tertiary trauma settings with a deep interest in human performance under pressure. Working on the frontline, and as a mother of two young children, I understand the real demands of high-stakes environments and the toll of sustained stress. Drawing on principles from sports psychology, flow state research, and breathwork, Iām passionate about helping high performers better understand their stress response and expand their capacity to perform at their best when it matters most.
